Key Responsibilities
- Lead on billing/OTC activities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support process changes.
- Support knowledge transfer, system migration, and project work.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to new team members.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in Billing/OTC, ideally within Shared Services or an international environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues.
- Demonstrated project and process improvement experience.
- Previous knowledge transfer or migration exposure.
- Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management.
- Experience mentoring or training others is a plus.
