Senior Billing Specialist
Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 (DOE) + Excellent Benefits
Location: Hybrid – Manchester (Permanent)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven individual to join a leading Global Professional Services provider. As a Senior Billing Specialist, you’ll become part of a supportive, collaborative team that values helping one another and delivering exceptional service.

About the Role:
You’ll bring your previous experience from a Billing/Order-to-Cash (OTC) environment, ideally gained within a busy shared service centre or a large organisation. You will be passionate about delivering a high standard of service and continuously seeking ways to improve processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and overseeing billing processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Working proactively in a fast-paced environment to resolve billing queries
• Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the billing function
• Utilising Excel skills to manage data and reporting tasks efficiently

Key Skills & Experience Required:

• Proven billing experience in a busy environment
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach
• Good Excel proficiency
• Experience working within a shared service centre or large company (preferred)
