Are you an experienced Billing Manager or Billing Team Leader looking for your next challenge? We’re partnering with a global organisation to recruit a confident billing leader to manage a high-performing team, ensuring accurate, timely and efficient billing operations.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a key billing function, driving process improvements, enhancing automation and improving billing performance. You’ll lead and develop a team, oversee billing processes, resolve complex queries and ensure strong controls are maintained across the billing lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Billing professionals.
• Manage end-to-end billing operations, ensuring accuracy and timely invoicing.
• Oversee automated billing processes and resolve exceptions.
• Improve billing workflows through automation and process optimisation.
• Monitor KPIs, accuracy and service levels.
• Partner with Finance, Accounts Receivable and operational teams to improve billing performance.
• Maintain strong controls, reconciliations and data quality.

About You

• Proven experience managing or leading a billing function.
• Strong knowledge of billing processes, invoicing and reconciliations.
• Experience driving process improvements and automation.
• Confident people leader with excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
