Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist – Vendor Management
Location: Manchester (Hybrid – 2 Days in Office)
Salary: Up to £30,000 + Excellent Benefits Package

This award-winning company continues to go from strength to strength, and as part of their growth, they are now looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist – Vendor Management to join their collaborative finance team.

About the Role

This position plays a critical role in the vendor lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance across global markets. If you bring vendor management expertise from an Accounts Payable, P2P, or transactional finance background—especially with international experience (Europe and the Middle East)—we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Vendor set-ups and onboarding across global markets

  • Validation and maintenance of supplier bank details and tax IDs

  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and global finance policies

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve vendor queries

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in the vendor management process

  • Support regular audits and ensure accurate vendor data

Key Skills & Experience

  • Strong vendor management experience

  • Background in global markets – Europe and Middle East is a distinct advantage

  • Experience in Accounts Payable / P2P / Transactional Finance

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Shared services environment experience is desirable

  • Proactive, customer-focused mindset with attention to detail

  • Passion for continuous improvement
